Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 3/4 cup cornmeal
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
Directions

Sift dry ingredients.2
Add milk, egg, and butter.3
Beat well and bake in an 8 inches greaed pan in a hot oven, 400 degrees Fahrenheit, 30-40 minutes.4
You can also make miniature cornbreads in a muffin tin and bake for 15 minutes.
